Postage costs are clearly shown before you complete your order.

Postage is free on all orders over £50 within the UK & over £60 within the rest of Europe.

Shipping

We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.  Orders are shipped by priority Air-Mail and  typically take between 5 and 7 working days to arrive within Europe & 10 to 14 days outside Europe. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase. Our postage costs are calculated at check-out, if there is a mis-calculation & you are overcharged for postage at check-out the over-charge will be refunded by Pay-Pal or Google Checkout before your order is shipped, (if unsure please contact us)

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee!

You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a complete refund or exchange. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer. When your item is received by our Return's Department it will be thoroughly checked for any sign of wear. We may also perform chemical tests to detect body odour and deodorant. If there is any evidence that the item has been worn or it is not in a resalable condition due to any reason we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded in the case of a return. We do not refund return postage costs.

Exceptions: Christmas gifts ordered from 1st December onwards may be returned up to 8th January. 
Valentine's gifts ordered from 31st January onwards may be returned up to 28th February.

You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.   You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. We do not refund return postage costs. The same exceptions for Xmas & Valentines Gifts returns apply as mentioned above.

We regret that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any lingerie/underwear/hosiery garments i.e. stockings, bodystockings, briefs, teddies, pyjamas or specially made garments.

International customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost.   Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.
