We offer all of our customers a full 7-day no-quibble returns and refund guarantee! This is extended for Xmas & Valentine gifts. Simply return the items you bought from us unused with all of the tags attached and in their original packaging and we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase. IN THE FIRST INSTANCE PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING AN ITEM.
