How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on all orders over £50 within the UK & over £60 within the rest of Europe. You will be able to calculate the shipping charges when you add items to your shopping cart.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries to the UK usually arrive within 4 to 6 working days.

Deliveries within France normally arrive within 3 working days.

Deliveries to the rest of Europe other than the UK & France usually arrive within 5 to 6 working days.

Shipping from France to the USA and Canada is usually 10 working days.

All orders are shipped by express air mail  unless otherwise stated.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends & bank-holidays.

 If there is any problem regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours, excluding weekends & bank-holidays.

Are my credit card details safe?
Yes.  Our payment service providers, Pay Pal & Google Checkout provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.  Click here to read our safety statement. 

Can I use an alternative payment method?                                              Yes if you wish, contact us & you can pay by bank transfer, once the funds are received by our bank your order will be shipped.
