How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders over £50 within the UK & most orders over £60 within the rest of Europe. You will be able to calculate the shipping charges when you add items to your shopping cart.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries to the UK usually arrive within 4 to 6 working days.
Deliveries within France normally arrive within 3 working days.
Deliveries to the rest of Europe other than the UK & France usually arrive within 5 to 6 working days.
Shipping from France to the USA and Canada is usually 10 working days.
All orders are shipped by express air mail unless otherwise stated.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to despatch in stock items within 3 working days of receipt of payment, excluding weekends & bank-holidays.
Stockings & Romance items may take up to 21 days to dispatch as although most styles in many sizes are kept in stock some items/sizes are made to order, if you are unsure or need something in a rush please check with us first & we will do our utmost to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Axfords Corsets are all made to order, please allow 2/3 weeks for delivery.Signed for postage option must be selected at check-out for all Axford Corset orders outside the UK.
Diki by Diane Rubach lingerie are all made to order, please allow 3/4 weeks for delivery.
If there is any problem regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours, excluding weekends & bank-holidays.
Are my credit card details safe?

Can I use an alternative payment method? Yes if you wish, contact us & you can pay by bank transfer, once the funds are received by our bank your order will be shipped.
